Hits 1 Weekend Countdown - 2021 March 13

This is the 11th countdown of 2021: Again last week, Drivers License was #1 for the second week in a row. Will it hold on to #1 for the third week in a row to tie the record so far this year for the most weeks at #1? Scroll down to find out.

Compared to last week with no songs leaving or entering, there are 6 songs leaving and 6 entering. The 6 songs leaving are (listed from highest to lowest ranking last week) Ariana Grande's "34+35" (#13), Taylor Swift's "Love Story (Taylor's Version)" (#15), Ed Sheeran's "Afterglow" (#16), Sabrina Carpenter's "Skin" (#24), Chris Brown/Young Thug's "Go Crazy" (#25), and SZA's "Good Days" (#30). The first 3 songs are probably the highest ever to drop out of the chart from one week to the next. Usually the songs that drop out have a rank of #20 or lower (to #30).

Of the 6 songs entering, 5 are new and 1 is a re-entry: "Forget Me Too" from Machine Gun Kelly/Halsey, which also probably sets the record for highest re-entry position of a song. The 5 new songs are: Masked Wolf's "Astronaut In The Ocean", 24kGoldn's "3,2,1", Lil Huddy's "The Eulogy of You", Silk Sonic's "Leave The Door Open", and Ashe/Finneas' "Till Forever Falls Apart".

Of those 14, 5 dropped down in position with an average decrease of -2.6. The other 9 moved up with an average increase of +3.9.
